God has not only blessed each of us with memory, reason and skill, but with saints who have handed down this faith

Each month, I publish the birthdays and wedding anniversaries of our parish families.  The list I use, unfortunately, does not have everyone listed.  If you have a birthday or anniversary that does not appear the month in which it occurs, PLEASE tell me either in person or leave a note on my desk in my office (next to Fr. Eric’s) or call me and I’ll add you.

Text Box: treasure, to enrich the lives of those in this community and the world. This day, sing a song of the saints of God and pray that you and I may be one too. I am …

Text Box: deep and abiding relationship, I give thanks to God for putting them in my life. These saints were God’s gift to me and to others and I treasure and cherish the time I had with each and every one of them. As I said last year, they are my spiritual ancestors who bestowed upon me a valuable gift: that is the gift of themselves and the gift of faith. I am compelled by my love of Christ, and of them, to share this imperishable gift with others just as I am compelled to share those perishable gifts and treasures with those who Text Box: are in need.
God has not only blessed each of us with memory, reason and skill, but with saints who have handed down this faith, which they held so dear. These saints and others not only gave their resources to Christ and His Church so that we might have a physical place to worship, they gave us their spiritual home, their souls and their lives to Christ that we might believe. This All Saints’ Day, let us strive to give ourselves, our souls, our bodies and our Text Box: provides an accepting, kind and nurturing environment.

Fosters spiritual growth for all people.

Welcomes every visitor and provides hospitality for the wider community.

Uses its resources to serve Text Box: Mission Statement is four years old and it may still reflect what the majority of the congregation thinks is relevant as a parish. Please prayerfully read the Mission Statement and if you think we do not need to update at this time, let me know. Also, if you think we do need to update it and you are willing to assist in this project, let me know.
