Text Box: extensive burns. He died within a week. He told his mother that, although he did not want to die, he knew Jesus and would be with Jesus. He reassured her that she should not be worried about him and that everything would be fine. He told her that she should keep a strong faith. He died with tranquility. Text Box: Michael and Anita Dohn are physicians serving as missionaries with La Iglesia Episcopal Dominicana through the South American Missionary Society. They live along the southern coast in San Pedro de Macoris in the Dominican Republic.

In last month’s newsletter they wrote about how uncomfortable Anita felt examining burn wounds by the flame of a single candle, leaning close to a mattress Text Box: under a mosquito net.

She now writes, “I did not write that we knew all the children who had been in that house fire. The little girl’s burns are healing without complications, so far. Her 13 year old brother had been taken to Santo Domingo with Text Box: “You cannot live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you.”

Plaques for the new stained glass window have been ordered. The window will be dedicated on All Saints Sunday, November 4 at a special 9:00 A.M. service. The Right Reverend Charles Longest will be the celebrant and preacher for that service. As many of you know, Bishop Longest began his career at Holy Trinity as a deacon. This will be the culmination of our 60th anniversary celebration.
