Text Box: 60th ANNIVERSARY UPDATE
Text Box: become a little lost. If this describes your relationship with God, then take some more time (it will do you good) so that you may find and be found by God. Wishing you a blessed Feast of Saint Francis.

our joy. These are the times when we have forgotten about our own needs and ourselves and lived in those God-given moments. Whether or not we are aware of it, these are God-filled moments and relationships.

It is possible, although far from easy, to live as Francis did, embracing each day, each moment, and each person as being an integral part of our Text Box: intimate relationship with God. It means denying (not forgetting) the most important person in your world --- you!

This Thursday, or this weekend, take some time to renew your relationship with God and give yourself permission to let go of yourself and feel how you are, and can always be, connected to the sacred. All of us find this difficult from time to time, especially when we have Text Box: This is a work in progress for the next six months. It has the full support of the Rector and Vestry.

Teresa Schutte-Regester
Text Box: On June 3, 2007, we had our anniversary celebratory service followed by a party that included a meal, music/dancing, and a special video depicting the highlights of Holy Trinity’s beginning in Essex.

Now, a new project has begun. A committee of three including Dan and Janice Barber and Teresa Schutte-Regester met on Monday, September 10 to begin Text Box: to put on paper (later to be published in booklet form) the history of Holy Trinity. We hope to include in this project such information as outstanding works accomplished by clergy who have served Holy Trinity, memorials given, just to name a few. If anyone has anything they would like to share with the committee, please feel free to submit it.

How do these liaisons work?

Text Box: better coordinate our resources. Each Vestry member works with, or is on, several parish groups or committees. We hope that by all of us working together in the same direction, our parish will continue to thrive and be here to celebrate our 100th anniversary.

Brett Robinson is the chair of the Halloween Party and Dave & Flo Florentine coordinate movie night as part of the Parish Life Committee for which Lynne Stopford and Marge Sichette are the liaisons. The 60th Text Box: Anniversary Committee, chaired by Teresa Schutte-Regester, is an independent group that is part of Parish Life.
In November, Denise Thatcher is coordinating a dance lesson night as part of the Fund Raising Committee for which Ron Ross and Mitch Kile are liaisons.
Two goals of the Vestry in assigning the liaisons are to keep communication open and to Text Box: Page #
