Text Box: Yah-hoo! Let’s get on down to Avalanche Ranch! During the week of July 9-13 from 6:00-8:30, the “Ranch Hands” will learn about God’s word and how to bring Jesus into our daily lives. Each evening, Ranch Crew Members will begin with Sing and Play Stampede before a meal together at the Chuck Wagon. Then the crews will giddy-up to “Chadder’s Wild West Theater” hosted by Chadder the Chipmunk who will show us a movie of his adventures and tell us about Jesus’ love! Crews will then discuss Chadder’s message.

The Ranch Crews will then journey to several exciting places around the ranch – “Wild Bible Adventures” (five exciting Bible stories with ranch crew participation), “Cowpoke Crafts” (for hands-on creating), “Horseplay Games” (fun games with a meaning), then to the “Mission House” where the Crew Members will learn about other countries and create a useful gift for children in Africa. The evening will be completed at Showtime Roundup with snacks, the Daily Challenge, lively music, and a prayer!

Sound like fun? The ranch will need some Crew Leaders to guide Crew Members around the ranch and some helpers to assist with the Chuck Wagon. Like music? Would you like to be in charge of the band (CD)? Would you like to assist at Mission House? How about helping to decorate with a ranch theme? Helpers will be needed to create our special ranch! Not crafty or musical? Look for the “Avalanche Ranch Wish List” for supplies and snacks that will be posted in May.
There are lots of ways to be part of the “Avalanche Ranch”! Bring your kids, tell your neighbors, volunteer!!!

Questions? Please talk with either Dianna Reitz (410-391-4030) or Charlyn Cassady (410-574-2576).

Applicatons will be available soon. Space is limited! Yah-hoo!!!
